#TGIF from Kimba! He’s a #shepherd mix that is between 2-3 years old. I #love hanging out with him! He is super sweet, friendly, and smart. Winter

Say hello to Winter, a 5 year old #Labrador mix! He’s such a handsome fella! He’s bursting with #love and energy and is excited to meet everyone that crosses his path. He’s a little jumpy when visitors enter the home, but he is extremely social and loving. Sadly, Winter was surrendered by his owner because they didn’t have time for him. In fact, although he lived with children, he was often left alone outside or in the basement. Joker

Say hello to Joker, a 1 year old #English #bulldog #puppy! He’s neutered, strong, smart, and #handsome – what more could you as for? He’s hilarious (hence his name), playful, pulls like a bull on leash, and is a hoot to watch while he plays with his toys. Sadly, in just the first year of his life, he has been in several homes. Why, you ask? Because the owners didn’t have enough time for him and he was being neglected. In fact, Joker is very underweight for his breed. His spine and ribs protrude, and his coat is very coarse. Joker is too intense for small animals – he has high prey drive – and would do best in a #home with large #dogs, but no #cats. #HappyFriday from Tazz, a 9 month old #puggle #puppy! Just look at that FACE! He’s cute as a button and will keep you entertained and smiling. He’s also smart, playful, and energetic – he’s quite the #active puppy! Tazz is good with #cats and #dogs (as long as they’re social and confident) and is happy to meet new people. Melvin

This is Melvin, an 8 month old #shepherd #puppy! Sadly, he was found as a stray with a very bad yeast infection, and although he is currently in a #shelter – as you can see by his coat – he needs out. In fact, during the handling part of his shelter testing, he seemed to exhibit pain when being handled due to his sensitive skin. Although Melvin is nervous when meeting new people, he will approach and lick strangers’ hands gently. He is very playful with #dogs and passed all his tests well, however, he did snap at the test hand during his #food test so he needs some work on guarding. Melvin is very playful and jumpy so he needs a nice, active #furever #home (one with no children) where he will get plenty of exercise and puppy training.
