Meet Lucy, a 4 year old #shepherd #collie mix! Isn’t she #beautiful? She’s a very sweet, quiet gal who is completely house-trained and knows basic commands. What more can you ask for?! Since she came from an older adult home, she was not exposed to other #dogs, #cats, or kids so I don’t know how she is around them. Phoenix

This is Phoenix! Isn’t he #handsome? He is a 1 year old #collie #shepherd mix, and I love hanging out with him! He is an amazing guy with so much potential! He is #happy and playful with people he knows, but he does need some work on trusting people he is unfamiliar with and other #dogs. Fortunately, once he warms up to them (on his own terms), he will greet them and love them like everyone else. Sadly, Phoenix is in a very stressful #shelter situation; he has been at the #shelter since October and needs out ASAP as he may soon be on a euthanasia list. I AM HEARTBROKEN; please share his story! He loves playing fetch and Frisbee and is eager to #love and be loved. Barkley

Meet Barkley! He is a #labrador #collie mix who is four years old. He (like the ex-NBA star #CharlesBarkley) is ALL legs and sure knows how to use them. I always lose when I race him (or I let him win, you decide). He is very eager to please, good with obedience, and has impeccable house manners. He is great with humans, but caution should be taken around small children because of his size and speed. Barkley is fantastic on a leash, but sometimes barks at other #dogs. He is, however, doing better at that (thanks to his #foster dad) and is learning to chill out and let dogs be dogs. Barkley needs a #furever home with an active family and a routine he can get used to, no other #animals, and no kids under 14 years old.
